We have over 30 years of experience in R&D and manufacturing of fusing machines and ironing equipment. Founded in 1993, we are one of China’s earliest fusing machine manufacturers, focusing on independent R&D and technical upgrading of fusing machines, tunnel/body form ironing machines, vacuum ironing tables and more.

Our manufacturing base is located in Dongtai, Jiangsu, close to Shanghai. The factory covers an area of 8,000 ㎡, including over 10,000 ㎡ production workshop and 2,000 ㎡ office space, fully equipped with CNC sheet metal processing machines.

We hold the national patent for the integrated heating section. This heating technology was once ahead of domestic industry standards, ensuring precise temperature control and even steam distribution for fusing machines.

Deep customization is available. We can adjust structure size, heating method and control system as required. We develop special fusing machines for thin fabric bonding and tunnel ironing lines for high-humidity environments, serving garment, laundry and automotive interior industries.

We realize full in-house production from sheet metal to finished machines. Quality inspection points are set at every process. Key components such as steam generators and fusing rollers undergo durability tests to ensure stable, low-fault performance during long continuous operation.

We provide on-site machine commissioning, operator training and long-term spare parts supply. We offer one-on-one full support solutions tailored to each customer’s production process.
