Among continuous fabric bonding machines, pneumatic pressure is one of the common pressure methods. It provides stable and controllable pressure through compressed air and is suitable for bonding applications with higher requirements for pressure precision. Compared with the single-roller design, the double-roller structure allows the front and rear pairs of pressure rollers to be controlled separately, enabling the machine to accommodate the bonding requirements of fabrics with different thicknesses.

The NHG-Q900 has a bonding belt width of 900mm, adopts pneumatic pressure, has a bonding speed of 10.2m/min, a heating temperature of up to 200°C, and a heating time of approximately 6 to 28 seconds. The equipment operates continuously to improve production efficiency. It is equipped with an automatic serpentine correction device to ensure that the upper and lower conveyor belts remain in the same position. High-temperature-resistant conveyor belts are used to improve belt durability, and the products will not show marks caused by conveyor belt seams, enabling high-quality bonding operations. Temperature control is divided into front and rear temperature zones, using digital temperature controllers for precise temperature control. The pneumatic pressure method is simple to operate and provides precise pressure control. A cooling fan device and a new-type peeling device are available as optional configurations. The latter can reliably separate the fabric from the conveyor belt.
