Single Roller Fabric Fusing&Bonding machine is the main model in the pneumatic fabric Fusing&Bonding machine series and adopts a single-roller pressure structure. This subcategory covers three major product lines: the A Series, B Series, and C Series. All three product lines cover bonding belt widths from 900mm to 1800mm, with a bonding belt speed of 0–10m/min, bonding belt pressure of 0–0.7MPa, and a heating temperature range from room temperature to 200°C.

The B Series includes the NHG-900B, NHG-1200B, NHG-1600B, and NHG-1800B models. The equipment adopts a 12-heating-plate design and is equipped with four Japanese Omron temperature controllers, respectively located at the front upper, front lower, rear upper, and rear lower positions of the heating zone, enabling zoned temperature control and reducing the occurrence of fabric color differences. The feeding area adopts an extended belt feeding design for continuous feeding and improved production efficiency. The upper and lower belts adopt automatic deviation correction devices to prevent the belts from deviating during rotation and extend their service life. Imported Teflon customized thickened anti-static seamless belts are used. The uniquely designed aluminum heating system provides stable and reliable bonding operations. An anti-wrinkle roller is equipped to handle various fabrics. The machine adopts a large single-roller, single-pressure structure. It is equipped with a mesh curtain conveying function and an enlarged cooling fan for better cooling performance. The innovative machine body design reduces the impact of heat on electrical components and improves their durability and service life. An automatic scraper design is adopted to make it easier to separate the cut pieces. The electric heating power ranges from 24KW to 48KW depending on the model. The C Series includes the NHG-900C, NHG-1200C, NHG-1600C, and NHG-1800C models. The equipment adopts a 200mm extended conveying and feeding area design for continuous feeding and improved production efficiency. It is equipped with three Japanese Omron temperature controllers, respectively located at the front, middle, and rear of the heating zone, enabling accurate temperature control and reducing the occurrence of fabric color differences. A nine-heating-plate independent three-stage heating system is adopted to provide stable and reliable bonding operations. Imported Teflon customized thickened dust-free belts are used. The upper and lower belts adopt automatic deviation correction devices. The extended machine body design reduces the impact of heat on electrical components and improves their durability and service life. An automatic cooling and temperature-controlled shutdown device is adopted. An automatic weighing control system is adopted to ensure stable product quality. An automatic edge sealing design is adopted to make it easier to cut the pieces. The electric heating power ranges from 18KW to 36KW depending on the model. It is suitable for bonding operations in small and medium-sized factories, seamless underwear factories, suit factories, casual wear factories, fashion garment factories, and trouser factories.

The main differences between the two series are as follows: The B Series is equipped with 12 heating plates and four temperature controllers, with higher heating power, and is suitable for medium-large factories. The C Series is equipped with 9 heating plates and three temperature controllers, with relatively lower heating power, and is suitable for small and medium-sized factories. Both series feature core functions including continuous feeding, automatic deviation correction, imported Teflon belts, and automatic temperature control. The technical parameters, including bonding belt speed, pressure, and temperature range, remain consistent between the two series.
