Mechanical Pressure Fabric Fusing&Bonding machine

A mechanical pressure fabric Fusing&Bonding Machine is a series of bonding equipment that uses mechanical pressure. The equipment uses a motor to drive the pressure mechanism to achieve heat-press bonding between fabric and interlining. With a compact structural design and relatively small size, it is convenient to move and install in the workshop. The open-edge design allows it to process larger fabric pieces as well as special-sized fabrics such as continuous sleeve pieces.

The equipment is equipped with an electronic temperature regulator and heating device to ensure uniform and stable temperature during the bonding process. It features high-temperature resistance and non-stick properties to ensure stable and reliable conveying. A pressure assist device is provided to ensure a maximum pressure strength of 1 kg/cm². It is equipped with an automatic delayed shutdown function and a manual power-failure protection device to effectively protect the bonding belt and prevent damage caused by unexpected situations. A cooling fan is provided to reduce damage to electronic components in high-temperature environments. A cleaning cloth rod is also provided to keep the belt clean at any time.

Main Types: Include models such as NHG-500, NHG-600, and NHG-900. The bonding belt width ranges from 500 mm to 900 mm; the heating temperature range is from room temperature to 200°C; the electric heating power ranges from 3 kW to 9 kW depending on the model, and the motor power ranges from 60 W to 120 W.

Main Applications: Suitable for bonding processing of cut pieces made from woven and knitted fabrics. It can also be used for fabric heat-shrink setting, drying, ironing, smoothing, and other processes.
