Pneumatic Fabric Fusing&Bonding Machine

A pneumatic fabric Fusing&Bonding machine is a series of bonding equipment that uses pneumatic pressure. The equipment provides stable and controllable bonding pressure through a cylinder system and is suitable for bonding applications that require higher pressure accuracy. Compared with mechanical pressure, pneumatic pressure can control the pressure applied during the bonding process more precisely, adapting to the different pressure requirements of fabrics with different thicknesses and materials. It is divided into two structural types: single-roller single-pressure and double-roller single-pressure. The single-roller single-pressure structure is the main machine series, covering three major product lines: A Series, B Series, and C Series. The bonding belt width ranges from 900 mm to 1800 mm, meeting the processing requirements of fabrics with different widths.

In terms of feeding design, the B Series adopts an extended belt feeding design, while the C Series adopts a 200 mm extended conveying and feeding area design. Both designs enable continuous feeding and improve production efficiency. In terms of the heating system, the B Series adopts a 12-heating-plate design, while the C Series adopts a nine-heating-plate independently controlled three-stage heating system. Both can provide stable and reliable bonding operations. In terms of belt configuration, all series use imported customized thickened anti-static seamless Teflon belts. Both the upper and lower belts are equipped with automatic deviation correction devices to prevent the belts from deviating during rotation and extend their service life. In terms of machine body design, both series adopt extended or innovative machine body designs to reduce the impact of heat on electrical components and improve their durability and service life.

This series of equipment is mainly suitable for heat-press bonding of various fabrics in the garment manufacturing industry. The B Series is suitable for bonding operations involving casual wear, fashion garments, suits, shirts, and other garment categories in medium and large factories. The C Series is suitable for bonding operations in small and medium-sized factories as well as seamless underwear, suit, casual wear, fashion, and trouser factories.
